Modules
The programme consists of six 2-day modules. The modules will cover all relevant energy topics - regulation, transmission, distribution, generation, retail and power markets, with a focus on the electricity sector. The project is organised jointly by the British Embassy Ljubljana, the Slovenian Ministry of Economy, CEP – Centre for European Perspective and Borzen, the Slovenian Power Market Operator.
The six modules of the training programme will provide academic overview and practical guidance to help local experts meet the Treaty obligations, like separating infrastructure and market activities and spur investments. The participants are selected from three different levels of expertise: ministerial level (ministries of energy), regulatory level (agencies) and energy market players (energy providers, distributors and grid operators).
The training modules taking place near Slovenia’s capital city – Ljubljana, will target participants from 3 levels
