A Global Opportunities Fund project - Energy Training Programme for SE Europe will be launched at Jable Castle near Ljubljana. The training of energy experts from Southeast Europe will start in November 2007 and finish in April 2008.

In the run-up to the launch conference for the Energy training programme for SE Europe British Ambassador Tim Simmons, will host an informal reception for Ambassadors of participating countries.
