Government module
Government module will take place on 12/ and 13 November at the Jable Castle, focusing on the role of governments in the reform of the energy sector. Sessions will cover: Fundamentals and Market Design, Key Issues in Market Liberalisation, Regulators, Governments and Market Participants’ Point of View. This module is aimed at national representatives at PHLG, Regulatory Agencies and Energy Directorates from Contracting and Observer parties to the Energy Community Treaty.
Government module will be accompanied by two complementary events: conference on Energy Efficiency and workshop on Renewable Energy Sources and Guarantees of Origin (RES workshop).
Energy Efficiency conference will take place on 11 November. Sessions will cover: Implications of EU EE Policies in the Energy Community, Alternative Measures for Energy Saving, Social Aspects of Energy Saving, EE Potential in Energy Production and Distribution, Cases of Good Practice and Why are we Wasting the EE Potential.
RES workshop will take place on 14 November. Sessions will cover: Policy, Legislative and Regulatory Framework, and Practical Implementation.
