Vincenc Kožar
Slovenian Power System Operator ELES
Vincenc Kožar is the Deputy Director of Market Monitoring at Elektro-Slovenija, d.o.o. (ELES).
Mr. Kožar holds a Bachelor of Economics and was on different assignments in industry from 1995. He joined ELES as a head of Department for purchase and sale of electric energy in the year 1999. In autumn 2001, after the changes of power legislation in Slovenia, he went to private sector and started a company to provide eligible customers with electric energy. He rejoined ELES in the year 2006 and works mostly on congestion management and transmission capacity allocation issue.
