Frances Williamson
Energy Retail Association
Frances Williamson is the Industry Relations Manager for the Energy Retail Association, the trade association for the main domestic energy suppliers in Great Britain. She is responsible for liaison between the regulator, government departments and other stakeholders for consultations and other activities. Issues where she has focus include renewable and low carbon energy, complaints handling, debt and disconnection and fuel poverty.
Prior to working at the ERA Frances worked as government liaison for Network Rail, and prior to this was senior communications manager at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
