Slavtcho Neykov
Energy Community Secretariat
Mr Slavtcho Neykov is the Director of Energy Community Secretariat. He studied law and international economic relations and holds a Masters degree in European Integration.
Mr Neykov started his professional career as the state prosecutor and later as legal advisor. Since 1992 he has been involved in the energy sector, working at the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Energy and Energy resources of Bulagria. In 1996 he joined the Energy Charter Secreatriat in Brussels and became a member of the Regulatory Commission in 1999.
